  13.           Description : This ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE system will handle any number
  14.                         of customers and transactions: well, 65535 to be exact.
  15.                         This should suit the needs of most small-to-medium size
  16.                         companies who bill their customers or allow on-account
  17.                         sales.  Reports produced include: customer listing,
  18.                         customer labels, aged trial balance, A/R statements,
  19.                         detailed transaction registers and monthly posting
  20.                         summary.

  22. Hardware requirements : IBM PC or compatable with 256K
  23.                         2 floppies or hard disk highly recommended
  24.                         (TIPC version is also available)

  26.       Source language : Turbo Pascal-BCD using the Turbo Database Toolbox.
  27.                         Both TURBOBCD and the database toolbox are available
  28.                         from Borland, Inc.

  46.                         or TIPC version.  You must sign the license agreement
  47.                         or your order will not be processed.  The license
  48.                         agreement simply states that you agree not to copy
  49.                         or distribute the source code or user manual except
  50.                         for intra-company or backup use.  Both the manual and
  51.                         the source code are copyrighted and Miami Shareware
  52.                         reserves all rights.

  72.         In signing this agreement, the purchaser agrees to the following terms
  73.         and conditions of sale:

  76.         1.  MS-AR is copyrighted material; only the runtime version is
  77.             distributed as USER-SUPPORTED software.
  78.  
  79.         2.  With your $75 registration fee, you will receive a printed manual
  80.             and a diskette containing the source in TURBO PASCAL-BCD.  The
  81.             purchaser agrees not to copy or distribute this material in any
  82.             manner, electronic or mechanical to any other person or company.
  83.             Intra-office copies and backups are, of course, acceptable.

  85.         3.  Miami Shareware assumes no responsibility for loss of data or
  86.             anything else caused directly or indirectly by our software.
  87.             In any case, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price.
  88.             The software is sold on an as-is basis only.

  90.         4.  Miami Shareware will offer no refunds other than replacement
  91.             of defective materials.
